1- The date of the company's establishment:

  • The Arab Contracting company was founded, by Eng. Nabil Abbasy, in 1/4/1981 as a simple recommendation company for executing the integrative contracting works. Many important projects have been executed which has the biggest effect on finding a reference of which the company is proud.
  • at 7/5/2000, the General Authority for Money Market agreed on transferring the company from a simple recommendation to an Egyptian joint company with a net register value of 15.599 millions L.E and the company's name has been changed to the Arab Contracting Co.; an Egyptian joint company.

2- The capital:

  • the licensed capital is amounted as 50 millions L.E (fifty millions Egyptian pound).
  • the paid capital is 15.599 millions L.E (only fifteen millions, five hundreds and ninety nine pounds).

3- The company's stable assets:

The stable assets of the company are variable whether estimated equipments, contracting or the location of the company and their value in 2003's budget was a sum of 17371926.00 millions.

4- Current works:

The works entrusted to the company during 2003-2004 and the currently valid works executed in this year or currently still under execution, are amounted with a sum of 138018000 (a hundred, thirty eight and eighteen thousands pound)

5- The scale of company's activity:

The company's activity since 1997 till 2004 is estimated with a sum of 320072300.00 L.E (only three hundreds, twenty millions, seventy two thousands and three hundred pounds) which are annually distributed as follows:

The Arab Contracting Company (an Egyptian joint company) depends on self-financing till 6.300000 millions (six millions and three hundred thousands L.E) for many projects currently under execution such as all the contracting works entrusted to the company from the beginning of January 2003 and they are estimated with a sum of 15.513 millions in addition to all the operation and maintenance projects, at the company, which are amounted with a sum of 1.2 million L.E.

The company's equipments:

The company has construction equipments with a total amount of 4640811.0 pounds (four millions, six and forty thousands, eight hundreds and eleven pounds). Besides, there are cars for the service of the site and execution models with a gross sum of   2620850.00 (two millions, six hundreds and twenty thousands and eight hundreds and fifty pounds).
