The founder of the company, Engineer/ Nabil Mohamed Abdel Samee - Chairman of the Board- has incorporated a Partnership in Commendams under the trade name of “Arab Contracting Company” on 01.04.1981. The purpose of this partnership was carrying out contracting activities and the provision of the relevant services.

Due to the ever-increasing activities and the implementation of several significant national projects, the founder of the company settled on convert it into a Stock Company to facilitate engagement in major tenders

The company is now an active member in the Construction Union and is classified, according to the classification of contracting companies, as first class company in most of the contracting activities and specialties (Integrated construction works and specialized supplementary works), Water Systems and Plants, Drainage Systems and Plants, Fuel and Gas Networks, Electronic and Electromechanical works, and Communication Networks.
